I tried to make reservations on Bolt Bus. The server at Bolt Bus kept freezing and changing reservations. I have been charged for two trips that were booked by the faulty server. I will not be traveling with Bolt Bus!!! Please issue refunds to my credit card.

Bus never came and I paid
I paid for my bus ticket to Philadelphia Pa and the bud never came I was there 30 mins before the bud was suppose to pull off how do I get back my payment because this is the second time this happen to me and it a not fair that it happen ..

Bus bus often a good deal.
Bus driver of 11:45 bus out of DC was out of line mouthing off on me and made me quite upset. Bus was already late. Picked up quite a few passengers in Baltimore. One of the last persons getting on was a woman carrying a great big laundry size bag full to the brim or equivalent of a weekender suitcase. Driver told woman her bag was too big to bring on the bus and it should be placed with luggage. She ignored him and continued walking up and down bus to get a seat or sit next to someone, but wasn't able to. As it turns out, there were many empty seats and apparently nobody who was settled in would move or make room for her. That bag she had needed a seat all by itself. So she came back to front of bus and me. I was sitting next to window on seat behind the driver. It was already a tight fit. I weigh 200 lbs, was sitting sideways to give my feet and legs a little more space. I wasn't especially comfortable in the seat as it was, but I like being able to see much of the road ahead. I'm also 70 yrs old. My vision is not 20/20 for sure. Woman asked me if she could sit in space where I was. I had only a pocketbook and small paper bag there. I simply told woman that it was a tight squeeze. She didn't care. She had to have her way. I repeated that it was already tight. Then the bus driver started chastising me saying "as long as woman had a paid ticket she could sit anywhere she wanted and had a right to the seat and on and on. I explained that I never said she couldn't sit there but let her know it wouldn't be good. He went on to say how he was in charge and controlled the bus and a bunch of other nonsense remarks loud enough for everyone on the bus to hear, bit insisted he wasn't going to argue with me. I said she could sit there and I'd move. Asked if there were any other seats. Apparently the driver didn't know and didn't care and had no interest in what would be very uncomfortable for me. He said she was a small person. She was an adult and her bag took up the space of another adult and with me it would be like stuffed into a box. I'm sure I weigh more than the driver and wonder if he'd want to be unnecessarily squished like that for four hours! Please ask. So I got up, by the way I have sciatica, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, getting in and out of seats isn't fun. The woman who the driver stuck up for was a young woman. I didn't have trouble finding a seat although not to me liking. Most passengers weren't budging but one young woman quickly moved over. I went down to see how the space was being used afterwards. A small thin woman gave up her seat on other side to accommodate the great big bag. She then moved over to where I had been. Please note that I have been riding Bolt since you came to NYC and I always visit my only grown child, daughter, in DC. I'm was very upset. Very annoyed. And very disappointed in Bolt Bus employee service. Needless to say, very dissatisfied. I hope this matter is looked into. I hope there is some remedy. I'd appreciate a phone call also. 973-337-****

Please the same issue with yesterday’s ride the amount placed on the assumed rate is different from the money paid and so unfortunately I paid 800 naija yesterday the ride history jotted down 600 same as today despite the promo written down I paid 1200 instead of the 600 to 800 and still the ride history jotted down again 1000. This is very poor and as a child how do I start explaining to my parents that I paid more than that when the ride history will not even be able to back up my truth please do something about it as it could cause more scandal from another end.

Booked a $20 trip from Tacoma to Seattle at 4:40 pm loading at 510 Pullayup (the Greyhound Station). Arrived on site at 4:25 pm. No bus. At 5:10 pm called customer service. I was told- there was a bus 1.5 hours south, or the bus broke down, or the driver did not show up for work. Next chance was 10:40 that night. I knew about the “no” refund policy but asked for waiver since I did nothing wrong. Told to submit an email for consideration. Walked 150 yards to the Sound Transit Terminal and paid $3.75 on my Orcas Card. Arriving in Seattle now (35) minutes. Looks like Bolt needs to go out of business. Lesson learned - Never Again.

Miserable ride Again
No electricity for electronics, Air Conditioning not working. 3 hour ride!!! 80 degrees outside!!! Drive said nothing until we were away from Station. I should have waited for the Greyhound!

The new website upgrade is horrible, instead of making it more user friendly, they made it worse for daily commuters. Before a commuter was able to book multiple tickets and pay 1 transaction fee, now we can only book 1 round trip, 2 tickets, and pay a transaction fee...

Change back the website/system to it's predecessor or allow booking multiple tickets in 1 transaction and remove the transaction fee like you used to have it when redeeming rewards
There is absolutely no reason a bus that leaves NYC at 9am shouldn't be able to make it to Greenbelt, MD at 1:15. The bus i was on didn't leave Baltimore until 1 o'clock. That is just plain bad service. If you know that it's going to take longer, then you shouldn't be...

Idiot driver
The driver of the bus on Sunday, November 4th 2018 from NYC to Boston.. complete idiot and arrogant moron. Pushing other cars over the line, chasing my rear bumper like crazy.. using high beams just because he can! People inside the bus for sure were very safe during those maneuvers, that idiot should not operate wheel barrel not to mention he/she for sure should be checked by some mental institution for such angry behavior. What a shame!!

Catch Mega Bus or any other transportation Last few time
The last few times I’ve used BoltBus. I have been faced with disrespectful drivers and bad customer service. I had a driver be 45 minutes late, another driver who close the door right in my face, looked me dead in the eye and pulled off. Customer service rep tell me to deal with
. This is the only company that doesn’t have any supervisors or managers on site. They refuse to give good customer service.
