Look on their Web site home page. "Bolt Bus Features" that they tout include Wifi and Plug-ins.
I'm on Bolt Bus number 0871 on April 28, Boston to NYC, which has neither. Oh, and no AC today. 85 degrees in the cabin at least (an estimate). I sent them email asking for an explanation and they responded with "no refunds, read the disclaimers." I say to you, the traveller: this company has no problem painting the picture of a good service.
They have even less of a problem with completely failing to meet the expectations they intentionally set.
Don't like it? Read the fine print where the lawyers have ensured that they can, with impunity, make claims they don't live up to.
